What is your minimum order quantity?

We sell plain stock items by the carton. Carton quantities vary depending on the size and type of bag ordered. The carton quantities will be displayed against each particular product enquired about.

Custom made products have a minimum order quantity depending on the type of product and specifications provided.

How long will you take to respond to an enquiry or order?

We undertake to respond within 24 hours of enquiries or orders received.

What is your return policy?

We will accept the return of orders of plain stock items and refund the purchase price less delivery charges providing the goods are returned undamaged and complete within 21 days of purchase. We will cover the delivery charges if we have shipped the wrong product to you.

We will not accept the return of custom made items if the goods have been supplied in accordance with agreed specifications.

How are your products shipped?

We generally use TNT Road Express but may use other carriers depending on the location of the buyer and the order quantity.

Is the price fully inclusive?

Our prices are quoted fully inclusive of GST and delivery charges. That is why we ask for your postcode prior to providing the final price.

We are happy to take enquires via telephone or email and answer any questions you may have about bags or any other products we supply. If you send us an email we are happy to call you.
